Observation

Sharp corners on toy organizers were observed in the living room area at the time of inspection. Multiple holes on walls were observed in the bathroom area at the time of inspection. The water temperature was measured at 128.7 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Outlet by the sink in the bathroom area was not GFCI and was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
